Before booking an appointment for a custom tattoo, I require all custom clients to fill out a request form. This form helps gather all of your contact and tattoo information so I can reach out to you, easily see your idea/vision from your reference photos and description, and determine if I'm the right artist to bring that idea to life for you.

Since there are some tattoo styles I don't do, such as realism and color, not all forms will be approved. I will gladly refer you to another reputable artist if I feel your tattoo request is outside of my style!

Once received, I will look over your request and if I have enough information, send my calendar for you to choose a date and time that works for your session!

I create your custom tattoo in my own style with the information you provide me in your form. Please make sure my tattoo style matches your vision!

Reference photos, your description, even desired placement on the body all affect how the final design will look. Your tattoo will always be designed in the interest of creating the best looking final product and I ask that you trust my experience!

Designs are NOT shared prior to your session but we will always have time to make revisions or changes the day of. If I need clarification/more info from you when designing, I'll reach out to you in the week leading up to your appointment.

You may text 6316007871 with any changes after submitting your original form. This includes additional reference photos, size adjustments, placement changes etc.

I charge hourly at a rate of $250 per hour with a 1 hour minimum. I work VERY quickly but cannot give exact quotes before your tattoo.
